The 10-14 year olds made acorn flour in the fall and decided they might need some maple syrup to go on those Acorn pancakes. Today we tapped 10 sugar maples. We will see how the sap flows. It was pretty exciting when they got to taste some sap as soo

We made a delicious gratitude soup with the children this week. Some helped gather firewood and build a fire, while others peeled and sliced our root vegetables. After it cooked over the fire, we all enjoyed it’s deliciousness together. Cooking
